So here is one of the newest R&B Female Groups Richgirl made up of Audra, Brave, Lyndriette and Seven. So far female groups in the industry haven't really been doing well as far as longevity is concerned. The only other girl group that had a lasting career was Destiny Child. Since they broke up its as if the longevity of female groups span only average 1-2 years with maybe 2-5 hits and that is all. So from myself to them Good Luck and make the right decisions with your careers.
